In the members back office of iRefer123 we already offer SMS and email recruitment as well as the internet referral links. Part-time or full time; we will give you the commitment that we will provide the tools you need to build your businesses.

9. Does the business have international expansion programmes?

iRefer123 has a goal to be a service that is accessible and able to service anyone globally. It is necessary then that our company must have a clearly defined, financially supported plan to ensure effective expansion. 12. Will the Company Really Pay Us!

Every single sale is tracked by our automated back office systems.    Should the commission due back for any sale take longer than expected (normally 2 - 3 weeks) the company will resolve the situation with the supplier.   However, we do as part of our field training ask referrers to keep a proof of purchase to halp us track any problems.  Instore purchases are tracked by the debit cards.  If for any reason a purchase is not recorded our support team will follow up the details and we will resolve the issue.  Our system will show you what you have purchased.

13. Does the Company Comply with the Law?

Every effort has been made to ensure that the iRefer compensation plan complies with current Australian regulations.   This is an ongoing process and the compensation plan will be reviewed in light of any changes to the regulations that affect our industry.  should any changes be required to keep apace with regulation, you the referrer, will be advised of anything that will affect you.

14. Does the Company actually control its community merchants?

iRefer123 through its fully owned subsidiary Cash Back City has the agreement with its cash back partners to sell their products on a commission basis.

15. What are your Payments options for the joining fee?

iRefer123 offers many types of payment options for membership joining fees.

- Visa Card (Master Card due in mid June 2012)
- Accepted real time or Instant debits - in over 15 countries
- Direct deposits to local count bank accounts in over 60 countries.
- Telegraphic transfer or SWIFT payment.
- Payment by iRefer123 voucher.

The credit card processing is provided by an international bank and as such there is an additional fee needed to cover the additional cost of processing. The payment processor prefers VISA cards secured by Verified By Visa but will process card which are not registered. iRefer123 does not keep full card details as their is no auto ship or recurring billing. Only the first 4 and last 4 numbers are recorded and the CVV or expiry date are not recorded or stored. If prospective members are concerned they can use any of the other payment methods or request a payment voucher by speaking with our company office or country representative. Real time or Instant Debits are payments sent to iRefer123 by third party suppliers who offer this country specific service. Whilst this demonstration and FAQ is specific to PoliPayments in Australia and New Zealand it is similar to all these types of payments but we strongly recommend you review the web sites of any of the specific third party processors in your country. In order to secure your position in the iRefer123 binary credit card, instant debits and vouchers are accepted as received when processed. Direct deposits to local bank accounts , Swift Payments and BPAY are deferred payment options and we process them as pending payments. We do not place you into the iRefer123 Binary until we have received the payment into our bank account. PLEASE NOTE, direct debits, Bpay, swift payments and the like NEED YOU TO contact your bank, log into your internet banking system, or take some other action to direct the payment to us. 16. Are my payment details secure?

Your credit card details are not recorded by iRefer123. All payments are redirect to the various payment processors over an SSL connection and processed by these third parties. Any bank debit methods are redirected to third party processors whose web browser (which is used to navigate to your internet banking facility), provides some of the most advanced security features available on the internet. During the course of the payment,the third party never has access to your internet banking identifier or password - these are entered directly by you into your internet banking log on screen. The rest of the process takes place using the security of your internet banking facility. iRefer123 commits to only work with third party payment processors that adopt industry best practice security procedures. Please also refer to our privacy policies and the members terms and conditions. iRefer123 through its fully owned subsidiary CashBackCity has the agreement with its cash back partners.
